<p>The days are getting shorter, and the weather is getting colder. Sometimes we just need a bit of motivation to connect with our body, mind and soul. Maktaba is introducing our first iteration of Maktaba Meditations. Join Fatin and Mariana for a breathwork and soundbath session under the crescent moon. These sessions are offered by donation and are limited to 12 people. </p><p>Les jours raccourcissent et le temps se refroidit. Parfois, nous avons juste besoin d'un peu de motivation pour nous connecter avec notre corps, notre esprit et notre âme. Maktaba présente sa première itération de méditations Maktaba. Rejoignez Fatin et Mariana pour une séance de respiration et de bain sonore sous le croissant de lune. Ces sessions sont offertes par donation et sont limitées à 12 personnes. </p>
