We will discuss how we cultivate these relationships and the steps to take in making these relationships bring collaboration, innovation, and trust into the team. Speaker ProfileSusy has built her expertise and experience within the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management domain over the past 16+ years with experience across multiple industries such as aviation, technology, and in the financial industry. As a Senior Leader in Talent Acquisition at ATB Financial, Susy has been instrumental in creating, building, and deploying the talent acquisition strategy and vision for ATB in attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing talent across the organization as well as leadership of the talent acquisition team to help achieve business goals. Building human-centric practices in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, that allow team members to use their authentic voice, be seen as their whole selves and create transparent processes have been a critical part of her success.
