Will there be food?

Light food will be provided.  Sausage on a bun, snacks and drinks.  Gluten free and non-meat options will also be available.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No refunds will be provided after March 15th as we have to order supplies and food at that time.  Refunds that require an electronic transfer will be reduced by the cost of the transfer.

Question 3

Is there a program?

No, it does not matter what time you arrive.  The event will be open for guests to arrive any time between 3 pm and 7 pm.

Question 4

Is this associated with the Maple Lions Maple Syrup Festival?

Accepted Answer

The Maple Lions Maple Syrup Festival will be held the morning of April 15th in the same venue.  The homecoming event will take place after the the Maple Syrup Festival closes.  There will be a 2-hour period between the two events for set-up of the reunion.

Question 5

What will the homecoming include?

Accepted Answer

Primarily a chance to meet some old friends.  We are also planning a photo option, a slide show of old Maple photos, a memorabilia display, and a game or two.  There will be food and drinks available.  It is a non-alcoholic event.

Question 6

What is the memorabilia display?

Accepted Answer

Guests are invited to bring old Maple clothing, uniforms, paper products, photos or other items to share with others.  All memorabilia will be checked in and tickets provided (like a coat check).  The memorabilia display will be staffed by volunteers at all times for security reasons.

Can I send a photo for the slide show?

Please do!  To have a photo included in the slide show email a copy to cookca@sympatico.ca by March 30th.

When will food be served?

Food will be served from 4:30 - 5:30 pm
