March 2023 Career Month: MBTI Workshop

Have you ever heard someone describe themselves as an INTJ or an ESFP and wondered what that meant? This combination of letters refers to one’s personality type based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The MBTI is a self-assessment designed to identify a person&#x27;s personality type, strengths, and preferences, and provides insight into how we see and interact with the world. You can learn about your unique personality profile by attending this MBTI workshop to help gain a better understanding of yourself, as well as discovering how your MBTI type can be useful for navigating your academic and career success. 
*This session is only available to Humber students and alumni, as well as Guelph-Humber students and alumni.
