From small to tall, mass timber is a versatile, sustainable, modern building product that can be used in any building type. Attend the workshop and learn about mass timber projects from Ontario and BC including: Brock Commons, UBC’s 18-storey timber tower currently under construction, the award winning Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre, Laurentian Architecture, TPL’s Scarborough Branch Library, and Mountain Equipment Co-op’s new Head Office. Steve Craft from CHM Fire Consultants will discuss Fire Protection of Mass Timber.
