In this interactive workshop, you will learn: the why behind sleep issues, as well as how to implement 8 essential habits to increase the quality, and maybe even the quantity, of your sleep.ACE Lunch &amp; Learn Events are BYOL (bring your own lunch!) We provide coffee, tea, water.*Legal professionals will be interested to know that this program contains 1 professionalism hour from The Law Society of Ontario (LSO – 1h CPD credits).

About the Presenters:MV is a lawyer in Venezuela and Ontario with two masters degrees from the University of Michigan and Osgoode Hall. She is recently certified as a Nutrition Health Coach with a specialization in Gut Health. Her +25 legal career was spent between private practice and in-house – more specifically, in-house counsel for the mining industry. Rosana Fernandez has more than two decades of experience as a Project Manager in various industries (first in education and planning, and more recently in construction). She has a Masters in Social Policy and Planning from The London School of Economics and is certified in both Applied Positive Psychology and Integrative Nutrition and Health.
