Then, unwind and connect over a mindful matcha ritual (6:45–7:15 PM) hosted by Serene Sip, where you’ll: ✨ Learn the step-by-step art of preparing ceremonial-grade matcha — from whisking to savoring. 🌿 Discover the health benefits of matcha for calm focus and sustained energy. 🍵 Enjoy a guided matcha tasting and explore the unique flavors and sensations of freshly whisked ceremonial-grade matcha.👕 What to Bring: Wear comfortable workout clothes.
