Overview

Matcha Method is a two-day, Thai massage–inspired table bodywork workshop that blends traditional techniques

A two-day, Thai massage-inspired bodywork workshop reimagined for the table, blending traditional techniques with principles drawn from Judo and creative movement.

You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed sequence that works, giving you a clear, practical structure you can immediately apply. But beyond the sequence, you’ll learn how to move within it, adapt it, and make it your own.

You’ll explore a range of stretches and techniques – some traditional, others uniquely developed – all adapted specifically for the table. The focus isn’t on copying choreography, but on understanding how to move, transition, and respond with ease, precision, and flow.

This is where structure meets creativity. You’ll learn how to use your body more intelligently, how to create seamless transitions, and how to adapt each technique to the person in front of you so that your treatments feel intuitive, effective, and deeply connected.

By the end, you won’t just leave with a sequence – you’ll leave with the understanding of how to evolve it, adapt it, and bring it to life on the table in a way that feels natural and effective.
