Join Us for the Maternal Mental Health Stroll

Red Deer’s Maternal Mental Health Stroll began in 2021 as Flora’s Walk. Today, we continue this important movement in solidarity with communities across Canada throughout the month of May. Together, we walk to raise funds for vital perinatal mental health services, and to honor the memory of Flora, a Canadian mother whose life was tragically lost to undetected and untreated postpartum psychosis.

Our community stroll shines a light on the urgent need for improved perinatal mental health care. We believe that maternal mental health is the foundation of a thriving community, and we are committed to breaking down stigma, opening conversations, and ensuring every mother has access to the care and support she deserves.

Funds raised will stay local, supporting community programs, services, and research that directly impact the wellbeing of families right here at home.

Join us. Walk with us. Donate with us.

Together, we can create real, lasting change for mothers, families, and our entire community.

Let’s make a difference one step at a time.
