MAX Connect: A moderated email platform fostering genuine professional connections across all career stages within the MAX community.

Membership: MAX Connect - Elevating Your Professional Network

MAX Connect is a moderated, subscription-based email platform designed to connect professionals across all career stages within the MAX community, including senior executives, mid-career professionals, early-career professionals, and graduating students. The platform harnesses the collective strength of our network to foster meaningful, high-quality professional connections.

Objective

MAX Connect is built to support the professional and business needs of members across industries. By enabling targeted outreach to a trusted network of experienced professionals, the platform creates opportunities for impactful connections, often requiring only a small number of thoughtful responses from participants throughout the year.

Submission Format

Each request is shared in a concise, structured format to ensure clarity and respect for members’ time:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Company
  • Request (maximum two sentences or 200 characters)
  • Email for Responses

How MAX Connect Works

MAX Connect operates through a carefully moderated subscription email list delivered directly to members’ inboxes. Requests may relate to career opportunities, business connections, or professional guidance.

Participation is entirely optional, allowing for organic and authentic engagement. Members respond only when they feel well-positioned to add value.

The platform is administered via Google Groups and has been seeded with senior executives, offering early- and mid-career professionals unique access to experienced leaders. Once subscribed, members can submit requests by emailing a designated address (provided upon subscription), which distributes the request across the network. Responses are driven by relevance and availability, and while engagement is often strong, responses cannot be guaranteed.
