Maximizing Value-Add of Mining Developments

Mining Developments require a tremendous effort and expense at the front end of each proposal - we drill and explore, model, collect data on the environment and engage with our community stakeholders, and then we continue on to do massive amounts of analyses and modeling to determine the feasibility of our projects.
This webinar will be focused around how we might better utilize the data we collect, and the engagements that we have. The idea is to look for increasing the value gained from these developments – shared value gains for all stakeholders involved. Opportunities like reduced impacts, progressive quicker land rehabilitation, waste monetization, and various end-land use development / conversion opportunities.
This presentation is a combined version of talks delivered by Karen Chovan of Enviro Integration Strategies during CIM Convention 2017 and Cdn Mineral Processors (SK/MB) 2017, and including some new collaboration opportunities around the Clean Growth Plan and Waste Reprocessing, to be introduced by Bryan Tisch and Janice Zinck of NRCan.
