May is National Meditation Month! Join us Saturday afternoons throughout May to learn meditation techniques that will help you reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-awareness, well-being and happiness.
Meditation May will take place from 2:30 to 3:30 pm in the Children's Program Room on the second floor of Central Library, on May 4, May 11, May 18 and May 25.
This program is offered in partnership with <A HREF="https://yogameditation.ca/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Meditation Toronto</A>. Adults and teens are welcome.
Registration is required for each session. Registration begins on Monday, April 1, at 9:30 am. Space is limited, so please register today to reserve your spot.
