The Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent and Chatham-Kent Community Health Centre are partnering for this 5-session community education event.
The Alzheimer Society, in partnership with the Chatham-Kent Community Health Centre, is pleased to offer a Memory & Aging Program for older adults in the community. This evidence-based, 5-week educational program is designed to support individuals experiencing age-related memory changes.
The program covers key topics including:
- Normal changes in memory associated with aging
- Factors that can impact memory
- Strategies to minimize age-related memory changes
- Practical techniques to support and improve memory function
Participants receive a comprehensive program booklet, with a cost of $20 per participant to cover materials.
