This evidence based, practical and empowering discussion will cover common symptoms, myths and misunderstandings, and concrete ways partners can help—without minimizing, fixing, or dismissing the experience.


Presented by Jess Johnston and Rachel Klompkaer, nurse practitioners and Menopause Society certified providers from the Durham Natural Health Centre.
