Brentwood Bay Society for Insight's purpose is to provide Meditation and Mindfulness practice sessions and lessons. As a registered non-profit society in the Province of BC, our goal is to provide opportunities for all regardless of income, focusing on the betterment of our community and humanity as a whole.We welcome all Human Beings to learn and practice with us. Regardless of your sex, gender identity, race, age, geographic location, income or any other social construct of categorization, we welcome you. We only ask that you are a Human Being with an open mind, a sense of curiosity and love.

Enjoy a 45-60 minute Metta Meditation session hosted by one of our leaders!

<h1>All humans are welcome!</h1><h2>After a light discussion, our session leader will lead the group through a Metta Meditation practice.</h2><h3>Please join 5 minutes early to ensure no technical difficulties.</h3><p></p><p>To be respectful of all attendees, please note that at the discretion of the session leader, new participants  may not be admitted after 7:06 pm PST.</p>
