This AI-Powered Statistical Analysis and Six Sigma White Belt program provides a clear, practical introduction to Six Sigma fundamentals, using real data and case studies from Manufacturing, Cannabis, and Nuclear environments.

Designed for professionals with no prior Six Sigma or statistics background, this course explains variation, standard deviation, and process capability in plain language, while showing how AI-enabled tools can accelerate understanding, analysis, and decision-making.

Participants will learn how to define processes using SIPOC, measure performance using basic statistics, and apply the 7 Quality Control (QC) Tools to identify waste, defects, and improvement opportunities. AI-assisted techniques are used to simplify data analysis, visualize patterns, and translate complex results into actionable insights.
