The Mindful Eating Program is a free weekly group program, taking a non-dieting, holistic approach to food and wellness.

About this event

This program is FREE and open to all. Adults of all ages are encouraged to attend! Beginning on September 13, 2022, there will be 6 x 2-hour sessions (Tuesdays) from 11am—1pm. It will not be recorded — you are encouraged to attend all sessions!

Our dietitian and social worker will teach you about:

  • Mindfulness and mindful eating
  • Managing stress/cravings/emotional eating and healthy eating behaviours
  • How to have a positive relationship with food
  • How to improve your health while respecting the body you have

  • Please note that this event is listed as a "single event" but it is a course of six (6) consecutive weekly sessions.
