Mindful Motion: Nervous System Reset Immerse yourself in a thoughtfully curated series of classes and engaging discussions designed to elevate your well-being through mindful motion. Begin the day with an invigorating exploration of nervous system up-regulation through classes on functional mobility, boxing &amp; conditioning. Harness the power of movement to awaken your senses and enhance the way your body functions. Then, transition seamlessly into the art of down-regulation. Join us for insightful discussions on biorhythms, ayurveda, yoga and breath, providing a holistic approach to resetting your nervous system. You will be treated to herbal tea, a light snack, and the chance to win some epic door prizes. We have assembled an extraordinary team of experts to guide you through this amazing morning of mindful motion! 9:00-9:50 am: Functional Mobility with Katie Thacker of Third Space Movement Gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system, what it does, and why you should care about it as we move through a series of hands-on exercises designed to improve joint flexibility, balance, and strength. Maintaining functional mobility is key to living a vibrant and fulfilling life. Explore the significance of functional mobility in daily life and its direct impact on overall health and longevity. 10:00-10:45 am: Boxing 101 with Anna Kerevan of Teddy’s Boxing Experience and play with the foundational elements of boxing as we move through some high intensity shadow boxing rounds, paired with all your favorite body weight exercises. This dynamic session promises not only a joyful experience but also an opportunity to acquire new skills. (Non-contact boxing) 11:00-11:45 am: Biorhythms for Balance with Insiya Rasiwala-Finn of Blissology How can we live our most clear, healthy and easeful life? Ayurveda has been teaching us to live in harmony with the natural rhythms of nature since the past 3000 years. Modern science is only now catching up. Join this exciting conversation on circadian rhythms with Ayurvedic Coach + Yoga Teacher Insiya Rasiwala-Finn. Gain tangible tips that will help reset your nervous system and propel you to live each and every day with the intelligence to flow with and not against the river of your life. 12:00-1:00 pm: The Skill of Chill: Using Embodied Physiological Tools for Maximum Wellbeing. with Eoin Finn of Blissology Learn the science of how breath and our nervous system intersect so that we can embody a state of clarity and peace no matter what our life circumstances are. We will understand the vast potential of breathing physiology and its ability to set the tone physically and emotionally for how we want to show up in our lives. If we understand the scientific mechanisms behind our body functions we can better steer ourselves towards optimum functionality and bliss.
