Mindful Movement for Well‑Being invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in a gentle, accessible way.
Join us for an evening of gentle movement, mindfulness, and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive space. Mindful Movement for Well-Being is designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore simple practices that support both mental and physical wellness.
During session, participants will:
- Practice gentle stretches and mindful movement techniques
- Explore grounding breathwork to support relaxation and stress reduction
- Learn simple mindfulness practices that can be used in daily life
- Experience a calm, welcoming, and supportive community environment
No previous experience with mindfulness, yoga, or movement practices is required. Whether you are looking for a moment to recharge, manage stress, or simply connect with others in the community, you are welcome to join us just as you are.
