Whistler Public Library

A trauma-informed learning of somatic awareness and gentle movement tools to help individuals feel more grounded in their body and better regulate their nervous system in daily interactions and experiences. These free techniques are suggestions for simple self-regulation, using concious connected breathing, and gentle floor-based movements accessible to all individuals of varying abilities.
