Mindless Collaging

Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics are a new primary health care delivery model in which Nurse Practitioners are the lead providers. The team at Emery Keelesdale includes Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, a Dietitian, a Social Worker, a collaborating family physician, and other health care professionals. We offer a comprehensive, accessible, and coordinated family health care service to our community - especially those who do not have access to a primary care provider. EKNPLC has been providing services to Humber Summit in North York West and the Keele & Eglinton area since 2012.

Unleash your inner artist with a blend of mindfulness and creativity using collaging!

This event is HYBRID — choose to attend online or in-person. Note that art materials will be provided if you are attending in-person; otherwise, please prepare some materials (listed below) to participate online.Locations:<ul><li>Online (Zoom) or</li><li>6-2972 Islington Avenue</li></ul>(Please note: Participants are encouraged to attend as the session will likely NOT be recorded.)About:Art is a very powerful medium that can be very helpful in increasing your self-esteem, self-awareness, decreasing anxiety and improved well-being. Join us in this session where we explore collaging to experience some relaxation and fun. Materials you will need (provided if you attend in-person):<ul><li>Cardstock paper or any heavy cardboard base,</li><li>Old magazines, newspapers,</li><li>Glue,</li><li>Colour pencils/markers,</li><li>Scissors.</li></ul>
