Question 1

Do I need to bring a Mindfold?

Accepted Answer

A blindfold that completely blocks light is needed for the MindSight practice. The Mindfold (brand) blindfolds are recommended and are available for purchase directly from Marieke for $30. Please message her before attending to reserve yours.

Question 2

Do I need previous MindSight experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Complete beginners and experienced participants are equally welcome. Marieke will explain each activity and guide you through the process.

Question 3

Can I attend once, or do I need to come every week?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to attend a single gathering or participate regularly. Each session offers something different, while consistent attendance allows familiarity and confidence to develop naturally.

Question 4

Can I attend by myself?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You do not need to bring a partner or friend.

Question 5

What if I do not perceive anything immediately?

Accepted Answer

That is completely normal. Everyone processes sensory information differently, and there is no pressure to achieve a particular result. The focus is on curiosity, observation and becoming familiar with your own responses, abilities and gifts.

Question 6

Do I need to follow a particular spiritual belief?

Accepted Answer

No. MindSight Training is experiential and does not require any particular spiritual or religious belief. You are encouraged to observe what arises and interpret your experience for yourself.

Question 7

Can I participate at my own pace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are always welcome to pause, ask questions or decline an activity. If you have accessibility needs or concerns about blindfold work, breathwork or sensory exercises, please contact Marieke before attending.
