Do I need to bring anything?

Baby stroller, baby carrier, bottled water, sunscreen, yoga mat, towel, and snacks . Basically, bring whatever you need for you and, baby to be comfortable

Who is the program for?

This class is designed for moms or caregivers with babies aged 2 months +. No prior fitness/dance experience is needed!  Also pregnant women are free to join too!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Babies can wear cozy, breathable clothes too.

What if my baby cries or needs a break?

That’s totally okay — we get it! You’re welcome to pause, comfort your baby, or nurse/feed as needed. This is a judgment-free space.

How long is each session?

Each session runs approximately 45 minutes with time to settle in and connect before and after.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is $60 for 6 sessions.  1st session is June 23 to July 28 at 11 am
