MONTHLY YOGA WITH SNIWWOC IS BACK!!!
Join us for monthly yoga IN-PERSON at Kwench Culture Club! 
We are so excited to be bringing back free monthly yoga. In partnership with Kwench Culture Club, we will be offering a FREE yoga class once a month! 
This month, our beautiful instructor is Agi Mallory! 
Agi brings a compassionate and gentle approach to teaching yoga, meeting students where they are at, and nurturing gentle transformation through supported practice and breathing exercises. With a passion for supporting clients in living and aging well, Agi is certified in teaching Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and has completed advanced studies in anatomy, joint therapeutics and movement science. Agi offers drop-in yoga classes, private yoga therapy, workshops, retreats, and has served on the Faculty at Ajna Yoga since 2016. You can read more about Agi at her website: www.ArbutusYoga.caThe class will take place at Kwench Culture Club from 2pm-4pm PDT.The yoga class with be 45min-1hr, followed by a community social session where some refreshments will be served after the class!
