Together, we gather in a circle of warmth, honesty, and deep listening, where nothing needs to be fixed and no one needs to be perfect.This is a place to be held, to be seen, and to remember that you were never meant to do motherhood alone.In our time together, we weave conversation, gentle guidance, and shared reflection to support you in reconnecting with yourself. We will be exploring themes of Matrescence — the transformational journey of becoming and being a mother. And we explore ways of being together, practicing wisdom together, that supports thriving life.We speak openly about the real experiences of the mother journey - the beauty, the overwhelm, the tenderness, and everything in between. As we soften the layers of pressure and comparison, something powerful begins to emerge: a deeper trust in your own inner wisdom and a more compassionate relationship with yourself as a mother.We are living in a time where there is a pandemic of depression, anxiety, and many forms of dysregulation and stress-related disease. It often all comes back, in many ways, to the wellness of mothers. No one is going to do this for us or create the change we need. Creating a strong, supportive mother culture is a path toward maternal wholeness and wellness. When mothers are truly supported and well, their children and families thrive — and from there, we begin to create the thriving communities and healthy thriving world.Each circle is 90 min.Sunday May 3rd (just happens to be Maternal Mental Health Day)1pm - 2:30pmCost: Pay What You Can - recommended $20
