Do I need experience to participate?

The workshops are created for a range of levels, and most are open to all levels! If you are curious to try something new, and willing to be brave, you are welcome! Some instructors have specified recommended levels, please read workshop descriptions to get a sense if it is suitable for you.

What should I bring?

Please come dressed in clothes you can move in, bring a water (and snack if needed), and your donation (if you've only registered, and are able to donate!). Most importantly, come with an open mind & brave heart :)

How much should I pay per class?

Please pay what you are able. The recommended donation amount spans between $10-$20 dollars, however any amount is encouraged and welcome. Your presence is most valuable, please don't let money be a barrier!

Is there parking?

Each workshop takes place in a different venue in Downtown Hamilton, and are accessible by bus or SoBi. Once you register for an event, you'll receive an email in the week prior with all the important info, include location details & parking!

Are these workshops accessible?

Accepted Answer

The accessibility details vary month to month, but we are doing our best to make these for all. Instructors will ensure their workshop is open-level, and we are prioritizing partnering with accessibility-friendly venues. We will share specific venue details the week of the event to all participants.
