We’re taking Plyo Friday outside.

OUT OF THE STUDIO. INTO MOTION.

We’re taking Plyo Friday outside — three dates, two surfaces, one series designed to build your speed and take your training outside.

Each session is 90 minutes of high-energy outdoor training with 4 circuits and 4 trainers — Niko, Manny, Arty, and Wasif

You’ll rotate through zones designed to challenge and train your power, acceleration, and ability to move in every direction.

After a group warm-up, you’ll rotate through 4 zones — each led by a different coach hitting a different discipline: strength, speed, power, and agility. To finish — a final race for those who want it. Leave it all out there.
