In this 90-minute workshop, we will...<ul><li>MOVE </li></ul>ignite the tapas (fire) in your body thru an embodied movement practice<ul><li>BREATHE</li></ul>offer a conscious connected breathwork (CCB) practice. The benefits of CCB include reduced stress, deepened clarity &amp; perspective, detoxification, increased self-love, acceptance, and trust <ul><li>CONNECT</li></ul>embodied movement and breathwork are practices that allows you to connect deeper to your body&#x27;s ancient wisdom &amp; the power + vitality that lives in each breath through sound healing and group meditation, you will have an opportunity to integrate the work within your bodythis workshop is also an opportunity to come together and connect in the community, magic happens when we come together <h3>What to bring</h3><ul><li>yoga matt + comfortable clothes for a physical movement practice </li></ul><ul><li>water</li></ul><ul><li>a sweater for breathwork, your body will cool down as your nervous system relaxes </li></ul><ul><li>a blanket</li></ul>
