BAND Gallery presents, Movement CheckIn with Aisha Nicholson and Michael Mortley on Saturday August 7th at 4pm.This virtual Movement CheckIn will explore ideas of connectivity and dance, guiding participants through mindful movement to encourage the holistic integration of body, spirit, and mind. Join us in movement and play!And enjoy a solo work choreographed by Aisha Nicholson performed by Michael Mortley.
