Move. Reset. Connect. is an outdoor wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and connect with like-minded people in the community.

Join us at the Burlington waterfront for an afternoon that includes a Pilates-inspired movement session focused on mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, and core activation, followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation to help you release stress and recharge. Afterward, we'll gather at Lola by Buvette for drinks, snacks, and conversation.

Whether you're looking to move your body, calm your mind, meet new people, or simply enjoy an intentional afternoon outdoors, this event offers a welcoming space to do just that.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes.

📍 Meeting Location

We will meet on the grass area in front of The Pearle Hotel parking lot (3 Elizabeth Street, Burlington), along the waterfront.

🚗 Parking

Participants are welcome to use The Pearle Hotel parking lot or any of the nearby City of Burlington parking lots. Many municipal parking lots in the surrounding area are free on weekends.

A few important notes:
• Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time
• Food & drinks are sold separately
• This event is beginner-friendly and open to all fitness levels
• This is an outdoor event and is weather permitting

If you purchased your ticket through Eventbrite, you may skip the payment section of the form. However, all other sections must be completed before participating in the event.
