Birding Trips

Join our volunteer naturalists on outings within and beyond the Calgary. Everyone is welcome! Field trips are held throughout the year and visit parks, natural areas and wildlands within the city, prairies, foothills, and mountains around Calgary.

This under-birded area is treed and has many small songbirds. Please be aware that the trails can be steep or have many exposed roots or rocks. Trails are also shared by mountain bikes. Birders or all ages and abilities are welcome.Binoculars will be provided for those that need them.
