'Navigating Difficult Conversations' will develop your ability to break down the walls of fear we have all experienced. Workplace issues, bullying, harassment, professionalism, and the complexity we face in our careers present many opportunities for learning when it comes to how effectively we are listening and communicating.
This PD will give you strategies you can implement immediately in your day-to-day life.
Imagine going through your day feeling heard, speaking your mind, having your boundaries respected, disagreeing respectfully, voicing your concerns, and having every one of those interactions be a positive experience. That's the goal we are working towards!
