The Dutch Business Club is a not-for-profit (Society) that is managed by a group of dedicated volunteers (Board of Directors).Our mission is tobring together professionals and entrepreneurs of Dutch heritage and/or with a connection to the Netherlands, by organizing events with either a cultural, culinary or business theme, for the purpose of networking in an inspiring and relaxed environment.

Dear friends of the Dutch Business Club,Join us for another exciting event on October 25, 6:30 - 9pm, Vancouver Maritime Museum at 1905 Ogden Avenue in VancouverAfter a 2 year hiatus our popular NED Event is back! The Dutch Business Club is once again organizing an inspiring mini conference for Vancouver&#x27;s Dutch and Canadian business community. The event’s format is inspired by the world-renowned TED Talks where experts of all disciplines talk about an idea, project or topic. Our talented speakers have a strong Dutch connection and are working on the cutting edge of their respective fields: Sustainability &amp; Environment, Architecture &amp; Design and Food &amp; Wine.Of course there will be appetizers and wine / refreshments before and after the event.Our doors open at 6:30pm for networking and welcome drinks. The official program starts at exactly 6:55pm with a brief intro by our DBC President.We are proud to present the following speakers:<ul><li>Sebastiaan Messerschmidt, the new Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands</li><li>Richard Kouwenhoven, President &amp; CEO, Hemlock Printers</li><li>Bram van de Berg, COO at Circular Rubber Technologies Inc.</li><li>Wouter Schipper, Founder of Chef Lekker catering service</li></ul>Moderated by Tjerk Weidema. All presentations are in English.Members receive a $15 ticket discount. An email with discount code will follow shortly.
