T﻿he51 is excited to host The Thoughtful Co. for a workshop that will empower you to confidently negotiate for the compensation you deserve. Led by Jillian Climie, Co-Founder of The Thoughtful Co, it will teach you how compensation decisions are made within companies and what you should be thinking about before you enter a negotiation. We acknowledge and discuss the biases women face, and leave time for connection between women to share stories and empower each other. Jillian has spent her career in executive compensation, most recently leading the equity compensation and executive compensation teams at Lululemon. Most recently at Lululemon, she led the global equity compensation and executive compensation programs. After taking a pause, she realized she wanted more of three things in her professional life: thoroughness, passion and freedom.
