A 2-hour immersive experience designed to help you regulate the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and reconnect to a deeper sense of presence and inner steadiness.
In a world of constant stimulation, many people are living in cycles of overactivation, exhaustion, anxiety, and disconnection from themselves. This evening is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the body through intentional practice and stillness.
This experience includes:
- Breath and grounding practices
- Regulation tools for everyday life
- Initiation into a Nervous System Reset Sadhana
- Extended Yoga Nidra practice for deep restoration and integration
You will leave with practical tools to support greater calm, clarity, resilience, and nervous system regulation both on and off the mat.
No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.
