Patrick Cairns is a Winnipeg-based creative strategist, entrepreneur, storyteller, and founder of Cairns Studio Incorporated (CSI), with more than 35 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications, and creative leadership.
Born in Cape Town, South Africa during Apartheid and later immigrating to Canada, Patrick’s journey has shaped a powerful perspective on resilience, identity, storytelling, and human connection.
Throughout his career, he has led branding and marketing initiatives for organizations ranging from professional sports teams and global brands to community and cultural initiatives, including collaborations connected to the NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, Manitoba Moose, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Applewood Auto Group, and many others.
Patrick is also co-creator of The Lost Olympians, an award-winning audio documentary exploring untold stories of athletes impacted by Apartheid and global injustice. His work continues to focus on storytelling, creativity, culture, leadership, and the power of authentic relationships.
