What is Ninjutsu?Ninjutsu is not primarily a martial art for fighting. It is a system of knowledge and skills focused on avoiding conflict, sensing danger, and returning safely above all else.It includes many elements that connect directly to everyday life, such as body usage and posture, breathing, mental control, situational awareness, and mindful movement.Ninjutsu is not “the art of defeating an enemy,” but a comprehensive skill set for survival. For First-Time Participants Ninjutsu is not limited to athletes or specialists. It is based on skills that everyone already has—such as movement, awareness, and breathing. Training begins by noticing your current state and making small adjustments. Regardless of age or physical ability, you can start from where you are.
