For First-Time Participants
Ninjutsu is not limited to athletes or specialists. It is based on skills that everyone already has—such as movement, awareness, and breathing. Training begins by noticing your current state and making small adjustments. Regardless of age or physical ability, you can start from where you are.
If you're curious, begin with the beginner class and take your first step into Ninjutsu.
