Join Sam (Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach) and Jasmin (Certified Breathwork Coach) at the Studios at Vic Park for morning of nourishing self-care. As you arrive, you can enjoy some fresh local coffee while talking to us and the other attendees. Sam will then take you through a discussion on holistic nutrition, focusing on how we can support and nourish the body from the inside out, emphasizing how food can truly be your most potent medicine. Participants will have a moment to stretch and refresh before diving into a transformative breathwork session with Jasmin.
