Nourish(ed)
Join Jessie Baldwin and Vichardeep Kaur for a workshop that will nourish your mind, body and soul.
In this workshop we will:
- Have an opportunity to meet others in the community and share in a safe space
- Share in a Hatha Flow yoga practice that encourages body awareness and self-love
- Learn self-care rituals to maintain overall well-being
- Learn about practicing positive body image
- Share in a Mindful Eating Meditation with a Salad from North Star Diner
- Learn ways to cleanse the body and establish healthy eating habits
Each participant will:
- Receive a workbook that includes the topics of the workshop
- Receive a salad from North Star Diner
- Receive Chaga Yogi Tea and Vegan Chocolate
This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practicioners, no experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, pen and journal (if you wish).
Please notify us of any allergies prior to the event. The salads will be vegan and gluten free.
Tickets need to be purchased by May 5th!
