A restorative evening of community and devotion to the feminine
In celebration of Women’s Day, we gather in sacred circle to soften, restore, and rise together.
Nurture & Rise is an intimate evening created for BIPOC and self-identifying women to return to their bodies, their wisdom, and each other. Through ritual, movement, and sound, we honour the sacred feminine within and around us.
The evening will include:
• Heart-opening cacao circle
• Gentle yoni steaming ritual
• Slow, nourishing yoga flow
• Immersive sound healing journey
• Healing touch (offered with consent)
This is a space to be held, to release, to remember, and to rise in community.
For those interested in participating in the yoni steam - we ask everyone to bring their own bowl and a dress/skirt that is flowy and comfortable. As this is a vulnerable practice, our guide will be leading through a trauma-informed approach to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
This gathering will take place in the beautiful, nurturing space of Enabling Arts, rooted on the unceded and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations in what is colonially known as Vancouver, BC.
