When should I log in?

You can join 5–10 minutes before class starts to settle in and test your audio/video.

What do I need for class?

Accepted Answer

A yoga mat. Comfortable clothing. Stable internet connection. Props that you may need: blocks, strap, blanket, bolster. Household alternatives are welcome (books instead of blocks, towel instead of strap).

Is this class suitable for beginners?

This class is open to all levels. Modifications and variations will be offered.

How should I set up my space?

Accepted Answer

Clear enough room to move freely.  Good lighting so the teacher can see you clearly on screen. Silence notifications if possible.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is recommended to turn on camera during class.

This allows me to: offer alignment guidance and ensure safe movement.
