Hi! I'm Kasia Rachfall and I help writers and creatives expand their capacity for joy, connection, and self-expression. If you’re curious about how creativity, writing, and spiritual connection can unlock new levels of joy and self-expression, I’d love to invite you to one of my writing circles or workshops. We dive into the magic of expressive writing as a tool for healing and how to move through emotional blocks that might be holding you back.Professionally I am a Akashic Records Intuitive and Bioenergetic  Kinesiology Healer. I am a writer for fun. I explore the intersection of energy work and somatic work in expanding our capacity for sustainable creativity, connection and joy.

These writing circles are slow grounded creative spaces where women gather to write without pressure to perform, improve, publish or share unless they want to. You are welcome exactly as you are whether you feel full of ideas, blocked, overwhelmed, curious, tender, confident or unsure.Each circle includes a short grounding practice, a simple writing prompt, time to write in your own way and optional sharing. There is no critique no correction and no fixing. This is not a writing class and it is not therapy. It is a space to meet your own voice with safety support and curiosity.This is creativity as connection not production.
