Overview
ClimateActionWR recently released our <A HREF="http://www.climateactionwr.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/Our-Progress-Our-Path.pdf" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">progress report </A>on Waterloo Region’s community carbon footprint; we are now looking for community feedback to continue our path toward a low-carbon community. Join us over hors d’oeuvres and interactive presentations to learn more about the progress report, hear from dynamic speakers discussing the types of transformations on the horizon for Waterloo Region, and network with other community members who are passionate about reducing our community’s carbon footprint.
This session will also kick-off ClimateActionWR’s community engagement project, which will encourage community members to provide feedback on their vision for the community's long-term path toward reducing Waterloo Region’s carbon footprint. The dates and location of our engagement activities will be released during this event.  Please register in advance to ensure we have enough food and avoid food waste.
