Outer Ring Road Cleanup

On Sunday, June 11, the Department of Transportation of Works will conduct a cleanup of the Outer Ring Road.

The route will be closed to all traffic from the Kenmount Road interchange to the Logy Bay Road interchange between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to allow crews and volunteers to safely remove litter and large discarded items.

To participate in the cleanup, volunteers must register. Please click Register at the right.

Children 15 and under must have adult supervision.

Volunteers must come to Confederation Building, West Block, a half hour prior to the time they wish to participate, where they will be transported by bus to a location along the Outer Ring Road. Volunteers are also encouraged to wear long-sleeved shirts and pants and closed-toe footwear that is appropriate for weather and working outside.
