<H2>OutFest 2017 returns this September!</H2>
Join us for a week long celebration of LGBTQ+ stories brought to life through theatre, dance, and music! With multiple shows, and multiple venues this will be the largest celebration of LGBTQ+ stories in the region. Mid-week we will also hold a fundraiser for local community organizations, host a TalkBack with local youth, and be treated to some amazing live music. Drake Jensen, and Patrick Masse will be joining us from Ottawa, and Vancouver to share their music with us. Grab your tickets and festival passes now!

<H3>Tuesday September 12th @ 730pm </H3>
Join host Jennifer Campbell as she chats with Drake Jensen and Patrick Masse about the challenges of being openly LGBTQ+ artist's in country music. Drake and Patrick will entertain the audience with music, talk about their journey thus far in the music industry, and answer questions from the audience.  
This event is FREE for LGBTQ+ Youth (18 and under), and their parents/caregivers. If you are not 18 and under, and would still like to attend this event, please contact us at outfest@page1.productions. 
 
<H2>Fundraiser </H2>
<H3>Wednesday September 12th @ The Registry Theatre (7:30pm)</H3>
OutFest will kick-off this season with a bang! Join Drake Jensen, Patrick Masse, and the band for an evening of smooth tunes, and feel good music. Drake and Patrick will perform some of their biggest hits, and a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to ACCKWA, SPECTRUM, Plan B, KW Counselling, and Page 1 Productions.   
 
<H2>Stage 1 @ The Registry Theatre  </H2>
<H3>Thursday September 14th (7:30pm -10pm)</H3>
<H3>Friday September 15th (7:30pm -10pm)</H3>
<H3>Saturday September 16th (2:00pm -4:30pm) + (7:30pm - 10pm)</H3>
Taking place over three days, and four performances; local and emerging artists take to the stage to bring life to new characters, and stories that reflect the LGBTQ+ community today, and from the past. Featuring the same lineup each night, the entire show beautifully interweaves between musical numbers from the Broadway smash hit RENT, one-act plays, and dance. You don't want to miss this show!

<H2>Stage 2 @ Open Sesame </H2>
<H3>Friday September 15th & 16th (730 - 9:30pm)</H3>
Accompany Drake Jensen, Patrick Masse, as well as local artist JoJo Worthington in an intimate space for an quiet evening of soft tunes, and craft beer. Jo Jo will open the show followed by Drake, and Patrick who will perform an acoustic style set of some of their biggest hits. 
Please note:
Artist - Jo Jo Worthing will be performing Friday September 15th only. 
Artist - TBA - will be performing Saturday September 16th only.

Would you reccomend the show to families and children? 
OutFest @ Stage 1 (The Registry Theatre) is rated 14A as there is strong language and mature themes in some of the one-act plays, and dance pieces.
OutFest @ Stage 2 (Open Seasme) is rated PG, and is a welcome space for all of any age. 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. You will need to bring a printed ticket so that it can be checked at the door. 
Do I need to provide ID/studnet ID if I purchase a student ticket?
Yes. You will need to provide your studnet ID.
I am 16 years old, can I go to the dance?
Yes. You can attend the dance from 7pm - 10pm, and then it will be a 19+ event.
