Healing Collective

A guided workshop where we will illustrate what courage means to us, the barriers to it and how to build it. NO EXPERIENCE IN PAINTING OR ART WHATSOEVER NEEDED! in fact, if you struggle with being and/or FEELING creative; then this workshop is for you. We just ask for you to show up, ready, with your willingness to be a little vulnerable and courageous with us. In this workshop we will discuss what courage means to us and chat about what areas in our lives we aspire to be more courageous. We will do 3 simple drawings around our experiences with being courageous and in the process learn how to break down courage in a way where we can apply it to every area of our lives, because we need it in EVERY area of our lives.Join me on Jan 19th as we create a community of creatives and/or aspiring creatives that are willing to show up and be seen. I want YOU to show up and be seen. ♥All supplies will be supplied and you will go home with your art to reflect on it.
