PARO provides to support women and non-binary people across Ontario start and grow businesses and social enterprises.
PARO offers regular workshops, conferences and events to support personal and professional development. In addition you can:

- Join a PARO Circle to access funding while creating a small community of strategic partners
- Access the GoForth program an on demand online course designed specifically for people starting and running their own business or social enterprise
