A Guided Inner Journey using Breath and Vibration as the Bridge into Presence
PATH TO PRESENCE is a profound inner journey that will guide you from the busyness of your mind into the stillness of Presence, using the power of Sound, Breath, and Movement. This is an opportunity to relax your body, calm your mind, release charged emotions, receive deep personal insights, gain a new healthier perspective, and to heal your overstimulated nervous system. It's like hitting the energetic "reset" button.
As you dive deeper into your somatic experience and approach Vibrational Source Awareness, you open yourself to a greater sense of intuition, inner peace, serenity, clarity and alignment with your True Self.

The workshop includes:
•Introduction & Group Discussion: Focusing on relaxing your mind and connecting with present moment and physical sensations. Sharing Circle.
•Multi-Sensory Guided Breathwork Session: Josh will guide you into an expansive experience using the power of your own Conscious Connected Breathing. Allow yourself to dissolve into the Breath of Life, as resonant music carries you into a state of deep stillness and higher consciousness and guided visualization introduces a profound inner journey. Enjoy the many benefits of breathwork, including: relaxation, cellular oxygenation, reduced inflammation, mental calmness, improved brain health, greater awareness, and more.
•Herbal Offering: A natural herbal remedy will be offered to support relaxation and assist in increasing body awareness.
•Somatic Meditation: This guided inner journey will bring your awareness deep into a profound connection with the physical sensations in every area of your body, while powerful waves of healing sounds vibrate deep into your essence.
•Mindful Movement: You will be guided through a series of slow, gentle physical movements, coordinated with the breath, focused on mobility, liberating blocked energy in your body, and engaging the mind-body connection. This will help to relax your physical body, support your breathwork practice, and raise your energetic vibration.
•Group discussion and reflection: Grounding / integration exercises. Journaling. Social time. Snacks.
•Light meal, snacks, & beverages (juice, tea, coffee) provided at the end of the workshop.
The session will last 6 hours. Registration is $180. (Early Bird Rates available until July 31st). Limited spots available.

•What to bring: water bottle, comfortable athletic clothes, exercise mat (if you have), pen, notebook/paper. Some meditation mats will be available but please bring your own mat if you have one.
•Prep: It is recommended to follow a light, whole food, plant-based diet for 2-3 days leading up to the workshop and eat a very light breakfast (or fast) the morning of the workshop (ie: water / fluids only), however this is optional and dependent on your individual needs. Also get plenty of sleep and reduce intake of alcohol or other drugs leading up to the workshop. Those who register will be emailed more preparation information closer to the workshop.
