Série pour les femmes : Naviguer. Planifier. Progresser.

Women's Series: Navigate. Strategize. Advance.

Career and life transitions can challenge our confidence, identity, and sense of direction. Whether you're changing careers, re-entering the workforce, or exploring what's next, this series offers practical tools, reflection, and connection to help you navigate change with greater clarity and purpose.

Led by Tania Chomyk, Life Transition Expert, these sessions are designed to help women build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence while creating a meaningful path forward.

Session 2: Patterns, Values & Career Decision-Making

Exploring patterns, values, career transitions, and decision-making during times of change.

Career transitions, career fluxes, or re-entering the workforce have a way of shaking loose everything we thought we knew about ourselves. Transitions can have us renegotiating our professional identities, realigning our values, and, sometimes, grieving what we've spent years building. Many times, they bring about real physiological and emotional reactions, such as self-doubt, urgency, and fear.

This session is about exploring our patterns and reactions, reconnecting with our values, and understanding how these experiences shape the choices we make along the way and what's driving our decisions.

Join us as we practice grounding ourselves during uncertainty, so our next steps come from clarity and steadiness rather than reaction. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, we'll build a firmer foundation from which to choose our path forward.

This session is specifically designed and tailored to women.

Facilitator: Tania Chomyk, Life Transition Expert
